Guest 57 pontiac
I have a Rayfield carb with the letters of EE4 A on it. Does anyone have a Rayfield book that may tell what car this was made for ? Thanks in advance, Gordy . I put a question on the "Tech " section but have not received any feedback regarding the carb. Guest
I have some old reference works that illustrate different carbs. I'm assuming this is an updraft.I would be helpful if you could post a picture of it for all to see, also the throat diameter and bolt spacing on the flange can be of help since that is how carbs were fitted in the old days. Guest 57 pontiac
I'm unable to post a photo right now, equipment not operating properly. Yes it is an updraft, looks to be perhaps brass . Met someone at Bennington Vermont car show that told me that the numbers that were on the side indicated what type car it was made for, don't know if this is true or not. I'm bringing it to Hershey but would like to know more about it so that I would have a better chance of finding a buyer. Apre moi le deluge to you too what ever it means...
