Judd
Dave Is the ac braket different for PS cars? I know the PS has a different pulley ( flat ) on ac car.Judd
Guest
I think the bracket is the same, but I need the pulley too!
Judd
Dave that's two of us that would like that pulley! I have an extra non ac pulley. I'd like an ac pulley to chrome and swap on my car.
Judd
Dave I have all the brackets to mount the compressor. $40 pluss shipping. Sand blasting and paint will make them look like new or polish and they will chrome.Judd
Guest herkamer
Will this A/c bracket fit 55 Buick also?
Guest AWBE
Try Wheatbelt. JoeM. <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/confused.gif" alt="" />
Judd
Herkamer It will bolt to the 55 motor. The piece with triangle hole bolts to the pass. exhaust manifold and the water manifold, the big C shaped piece bolts to the pass exhaust manifold and the intake manifold for rear of compressor. The tube piece runs from the front compressor mount and will hit the oil fill tube if it is an early 55 with the oil fill in the valley pan. I think you can run with out the tube piece as the brakets seem extra heavy duty. Judd
