Guest
Any Ideas on the value of a 90 convertible, red with tan leather, white top, 44,000 miles. In a parking lot accident, so it has a salvalge title, but owner has pictures of damage, very minor, fender, ect. Beautiful car runs excellent. He is wanting to sell it and is older with no computer. Located in Ohio. Thanks Larry

Barney Eaton
Was the parking lot accident so bad that it now has a salvage title or did it have a salvage title before?I would say a 1989 convertible would be very valuable. Incendently, one of the conversations at the Flint Reunion centered around the touch screen and convertible. It was stated that the touch screen could not be used on the convertible because the excessive brightness would make the screen unreadable. So was the convertible delayed until the touch screen was changed or was the touch screen changed because of the convertible. It's the chicken/egg question. Guest
Think the insurance company got to him on the real value i.e offered him a low figure to settle than sold it back to him for a little bit to recoup some the settlement. It was not that bad,he has the pictures, looks like your minor fender bender. Thanks Larry
padgett
Not that difficult, the displays in our F-16, F-117, and F-22 are sunlight readable. Color even. Probably cost more than a Reatta though.
