Guest
Does anyone know a source for the correct style of rubber floor mat used in the 1928-30 Dictator and Commanders? I have located the correct style rubber but it is not cut with the ¾ inch smooth boarder around the outer edges, gear shift, brake and clutch pedals. Does anyone have a lead for someone that can cut in the smooth edges? Or who sells the correct style floor mats?
Guest imported_studeboy
I'm not sure who sells such mats . i just wanted to add a word of caution that 1928 GE 's type 1 and 2 did not use rubber floor mats. Only type 3's did. The earlier cars ahd a carpet with a metal? scuff plate on the floor below the pedals. This is what my August 1928 parts book show anyway.
