Ford History at Monteray

For the first time in history all 6 Ford MK-IV's will be together at the Historics in Monteray. On sat there will be a parade driven by Dan Gurney, Carrol Shelby and Jacky Stewart among others. Also attending will be the other Ford LeMans winners.

I met Jim Hall at the Goodwood Festival of Speed in 98. He was there with his Chaparrals. Goodwood is a hillclimb and they send you off every 30 seconds. It was really raining and I was able to catch him in my MK-IV. The sight of his sucker CanAm car throwing spray 40 feet into the air is something I'll never forget. He was also very friendly and a real Gentleman.

I believe it was at Goodwood last year. They have a web site and likely press notes and pics.
