I am looking for someone who is currently retired who would like to work at the museum 2-3 days per week, 6 hours per day when I am not able to be at the museum in Atlanta. Duties will include greeting the guests & answering any questions they have about the cars on display. Offer some type of support (financial and/or other) to these regions in exchange for volunteers to help at your museum. Perhaps offer the museum as a place for these regions to hold their monthly meetings etc. You may find you will get great help at a lot less cost in the long run.
