RJ...thanks for posting this. I, too, never heard of it.

Good, bad, or, indifferent, it's amazing what one sees on the roads today when you least expect it.

Did someone mention "Wienermobile"? I was just at Milwaukee Art Museum 7/11/03 and they have one on display as part of Brooks Stevens Industrial design exhibit. Stevens did not have the original concept but did develop the fiberglass "Dog On A Bun" version for Oscar Meyer. It is out front with Stevens' observation car "Cedar Rapids" built for the Olympian Hiawatha Milwaukee Road Railroad train set. If you get to Milwaukee before the September conclusion the exhibit has a lot of automotive items to see. A 1930 Cord "Boat Tail" roadster Stevens designed at a young age. His "Die Valkyrie" auto of 1956? He did a lot of other things you will recognize, Evinrude motors, Etc. See the attachment for the Wienermobile. Stude8

Another Old Car, I spotted that thing?! myself, heading towards downtown Norfolk, Va. Tuesday, July 8th. You can't imagine the accident that thing almost caused. Big trucks have the tendency to flatten little cars when the drivers lose their attention span! <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/blush.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/crazy.gif" alt="" /> <img src="http://www.aaca.org/ubbthreads/images/graemlins/grin.gif" alt="" /> Wayne
