V.Milke Posted November 10 Posted November 10 Hi guys: I am trying to complete a set of tools for mu 1931 LaSalle sedan. I am guessing they must go under the front seat in a tool roll... but that is just my guess. Would anybody have pics of the original tools? I only have two wrenches under my seat, (pic attached, and I am guessing the one with the hexagon is for the hubcaps), but I have a 1930 Owner's Operator manual and it states the following tools, which I assume a 1931 would also use... Thanks! Victor
V.Milke Posted November 10 Author Posted November 10 TOOLS From 1930 Cadillac Owners manual: Hammer Monkey wrench Screw driver, large Screw drivers, small Crescent adjustable wrench Oil can Spark plug wrench Starting crank Pliers Hubcap wrench Brace wrench (Wood and disc wheels) Jack Handle Jack Tool Bag Lubrication chart Operator’s manual
V.Milke Posted November 11 Author Posted November 11 (edited) This is the jack.... pic from the 1930 Operator's manual.... I would love to see a real pic of the Jack, to look for a correct one. That "adjustable shoulder" escapes my imagination... and I can't see in those pics to give me a correct idea. Edited November 11 by V.Milke (see edit history)
