Steven Meixner Posted November 10 Posted November 10 What year is this car?.23" tires. No ring on hubcap that says REO. No provision for starter or generator. Cloth covered dash.
Bloo Posted November 10 Posted November 10 (edited) It appears to be a hodgepodge. It may be a 1914 REO with the wrong fenders and wheels. Edited November 10 by Bloo (see edit history)
Steven Meixner Posted November 11 Author Posted November 11 Update, it is titled as a 14. Definitely has REO fenders by the unusual bulge that was formed in them. Also found the starter generator under the floorboards. Motor turns over. Yay 1
Layden B Posted November 12 Posted November 12 Steve, The data plate on top of the generator would be type OB or B for 1914. 1915 would be a type 165-B 1916 does not have the distributor mounted on the generator. 1
Steven Meixner Posted November 12 Author Posted November 12 Layden, it says OB. Thanks for sharing your knowledge, Steve. 1
