dcaddick Posted September 29 Share Posted September 29 My cowl tag code says my original paint is ivy green. I ordered a quart from a company that has original paint chips. I sprayed a few parts and the color doesn't match the car. I have seen cars painted this color but it doesn't match my original paint on my car. Does someone make the correct color? rocketraider Posted October 1 Share Posted October 1 Do you know if your car has ever been repainted? Not uncommon for a repaint to be off-shade. If it's original paint, find somewhere that hasn't been exposed. Door/trunk jamb, something like that. See if your new paint matches that area.
