Does the front clip look a little "bluer" than the rest of the body?

SD hail damage could leave the horizontal surfaces looking like a field full of prairie dog mounds. No close-up pictures.  Wonder why?

Front clip is definitely darker. Very poor match.

Almost 60 years old, I wouldnt expect it to be perfect.

Did Oldsmobile offer both these shades of blue in 1970? Maybe the front end was replaced from a parts car?

I'm 81, well past the 100k mark, and still the same color nose to toes. 😁

Me too (Im only 60) but my drive train is a bit shaky.
