wanted - parts can i change out my RX-O brassbowl carburetor for somthing better ?

hey everyone, im having some problems with my carb, so i was wondring if anyone have had any luck with other carbs thats maybe easier to get parts for or cheaper and better then the brassbowl?  im not making a racecar i just want somthing that works, and works everytime. i want to rebuild the brassbowl but really want to drive my car while its getting the carb rebuild.  hope anyone has a good alternative, in advance thank you 🙂
