Timing gear for 1916 Continental engine # 7W24548X

Camshaft gear is   1 5/8  inches thick.  1  1/4 inches of the teeth width are made of fiber.  mounting bolt pattern is  1  5/16  center to center with one hole offset.  outside diameter is  7 3/8  inches  with 66 teeth.   I hope someone has one or knows a good place to have one made.  thank you

Simple to make…….just add dollars. Let me guess, motor was rebuilt but the people building it didn’t adjust for the gears when they line board the crank. Looks like it was run too tight.

That's what we are doing, making a new one 

Someone didn't tighten the mounting bolts and it wobbled.  They safety wired loose bolts 🫤
