wayne sheldon
That simple style was used mostly mid 1920s to about 1931 or so. A few marques or coach builders did offer something similar as factory options, however, most were after-market accessories. A long time ago, a very good friend had a NOS accessory set in his 1929 Model A Ford. But they could have been installed in almost any enclosed body car. The bent loops on the ends of the wire pieces would be held by screws into the header board and side roof structures. They were fixed in position, did not swing around, but would flip up or down and generally stay put as needed. It is of course possible that his one may have been for a specific make of car? But that is unlikely.
John
Thanks Wayne. I'm hoping 211105 is a part number tied to a specific make/model. Former owner had Hudson, Kaiser Jeep, Buick and Chevrolet, but worked on all makes and years. This one would be fixed position if anchored by the eyelets as it does not rotate on the rod. wayne sheldon
Then it may not be a visor.

54Coupe
That is not a visor. It is a mudflap for front fenders of 42-47 Hudsons. It might fit back to 1940.
