Maybe some Ford aficionado knows a lot of the Ford personnel of the time. In fact, that man looks older than Edsel, so he would not be Edsel's son Henry II. Harry Bennett of whom beat up, threatened death if a worker mentioned union, had his goons shoot workers, etc. Read up on Ford’s personal body guard who resembles Harry.
