parkertom Posted July 23 Share Posted July 23 I noticed that the hotel info and event code was included in the August Bugle. I called to go ahead and reserve a room so I don’t forget and was told they aren’t taking reservations yet. The agent on the phone said maybe not until later in the fall but, that the event coordinator would let us know. So, if someone could give a heads up when the reservations can be made, that would be good. I need to do it when I am thinking of it or I tend to forget! We had that outlined in the registration form but it was removed as I was told that nobody would get their Bugle until after the July 27th date.
