Reynard
https://spokane.craigslist.org/cto/d/liberty-lake-studebaker-champ/7740990281.html 1961 Studebaker Champ 3/4 ton longbed. Chevy 350ci/350 turbomatic. Receipts for over $4000 in the 5 years since I have owned it. Include: recore radiator, heater. brake work, new King pins, new shocks all around, rebuilt rear leaf springs with additional leaf. File with receipts for all work since I have owned. Runs, Steers and Stops great. 509 342-1073 Seller does not show the engine, but with some yellow paint and some decals, you could disguise the 350 to resemble a later Studebaker V-8 like the one below.
Sal Hepatica
Never liked the Dodge bed Champs- I know it was expedient for cash strapped Stude to buy these from Dodge, but it's still ungainly. When the Champ was introduced, I, a kid at the time, wondered why Stude didn't make a fiberglass valance to cover the Lark front bumper recess and integrate the front end. Leif in Calif
I like it. I'd like it a lot more with a Studebaker engine, but I could live with this...
