Leif in Calif
Many more pics and history (but not about this car) in ad... https://sfbay.craigslist.org/eby/ctd/d/sacramento-1930-rolls-royce-phantom-ii/7734347673.html This particular Phantom II is in running condition and was just serviced. All systems are fully functional on this vehicle. The Rolls starts up cold with no issues and makes great power. The Braking system works fantastically as well. This chassis was originally a 2 door Continental version of the PII but was rebodied with this Sedanca body in the 1970’s in England. The body is a Paris Henry Binder body. This is a great candidate for a full restoration or can be enjoyed regularly as is. Matt Harwood
Really? Someone took a Continental body and tossed it in favor of THIS?

"The body is a Paris Henry Binder body." Henri Binder built some magnificent designs, but this isn't one of his exception efforts. K8096
This car could be the back end of a body swap. The more desirable 2 door body put on a more desirable or better condition chassis. The rear fenders on this look like they’re from a late 30s or 40s car. The landau bars are on upside down. Also the temp and ammeter gauges are modern replacements. Crusty Trucker
The color choice sure doesn't help, inside and outside.
58L-Y8
Just a hunch, but by the way this area details are blunt without fillets suggest it began life as a quarter-window town car, has had those quarter windows blanked out for a more formal look.
m-mman
Seems perhaps like a car pieced together from “sweepings”.
