I guess to start, if the answer isn't readily available, would be to measure the linings that are on the car, if any. The thickness should be the closest next 1 to 3 available sizes depending on how worn they look. In the '20s the increments were in the 32nds I believe.

Re thickness: The internal one. ( Handbrake) specifies 5/32 thickness which you probably can't get. the outer is likely 3/16 which you can get from Mcmaster-Carr and likely others. If you are fortunate there MAY be room for 3/16 on the inside but you will likely have to do some creative grinding.
