If you went to a great restaurant while here during the show, list them here...on our third night here, we went to a Steakhouse just down the road from where we were staying - the food was excellent and we plan on returning again next year.

* Dodge City Steakhouse     1037 Paxton Street, Harrisburg

Piazza Sorrento, near Hershey Lodge was great.  Gluten Free (celiac safe, not just hold the rolls) selections, clean, friendly and fast.  Next year we plan on orderong with them twice.  I hear their non GF choices are very good as well.

Also, thank you shout out to whomever runs concession tent in front of the Giant Center who prepared a fried chicken lunch for Mrs. Mack who needs GF.  Patty and I enjoyed a hot dog and cheeseburger as well. 😋😋😋

Fabio's Italian restaurant on the west side of Rt. 743 just north of Rt. 22 and South of Rt. 81

They deliver to the Hampton Inn north of them about 1/4 mile as well.

Excellent food, can be very crowded during the car show week. Have had meals there for over a decade, never ever disappointed in anything we ordered.

My two friends and I went to Mangia Mangia on Elizabethtown Rd. (State Route 743 south of Hershey), and had a great meal there—they even had Carbonara, which I’ve not seen lately at even the good Italian restaurants I know there and back home—and which I enjoyed thoroughly.  Good-sized portions.  And our waiter/server was a young fellow who spent a bit of time talking to all of us once he found out we were all in town for Fall Hershey, and engaged us in a conversation about what we drove and what the activities for the week were at the event.  Great desserts, too.

They do recommend making a recommendation, but they served us within fifteen minutes of our arrival, even though we hadn’t made one.  And we killed the time until we were paged by admiring the beautiful ‘56 Buick Roadmaster in the parking lot…

I have been looking for the perfect Italian rest. since our 2 fav's closed. I pass this place everytime I go to Hershey and wondered if it may be the one. Will have to stop and give it a chance next time by.
