value CHRYSLER WINDSOR 1950 CABRIOLET

Recommended Posts

Early postwar mopar sits in a narrow market.  If you want a value on that car you need to provide a lot more information.  It is a 6 banger so I doubt it would bring much more than 25k in the USA assuming it is really nice.   In Europe I do not now.

It is like a new car but i suspect it's to expensive.

I believe it’s about half of what he’s asking but definitely not my style

Thanks for opinion. There is a big difference between the USA market and the European market.

I don’t know what’s the difference but I think I know what these Mopar’s sell for. I own two 36 Mopar’s and they don’t get Chevy money and I believe they are way better cars. I don’t get it.

seems like a nice car.

For me, purchase prize + shipment costs + customs costs and take al these costs together give a total cost.

Than + 10% import tax.

Give me total cost.

It have a 6 cylinder engine and is complete original.

No original cars can't have registration and technical control.

The gas prizes are almost usa prize x 4 in Europe.

Agreed, big difference.   It looks like a very nice car and you couldn't make a bad one look that nice without spending 200k.  Still, they don't bring the money of an equivalent GM car.  For whatever reason.

If that is all true and you love it then you can pay a premium.  But 70k will get a a Town and Country so he is not getting that much.

$70,000 will get you a nice T&C in the United States, but not in Europe where American antique cars are much more rare. I do some business with car collectors in Italy, and have noticed that our cars over there go for a premium of 50% to 80% compared to their prices here.
