clutch and throw out bearing needed

I need a clutch and throw out bearing for 1990 16v, 5 speed transmission. I might also need a transmission. Any body that can help it would be appreciated. If the parts and labor cost run to high I will be looking to unload the car. Where does one go to sell busted TC. It is a shame because the car other wise is in top condition. Any ideas will be welcome.
