Guest
My newb-ness rears its ugly head:I'm looking at buying a 1951 chevy (from a used car dealer, god help me), from what little I can see, nowhere near showroom condition. I haven't the time to go into the restoration too hard-core, but I would at least like to have it painted a color from the original line. I was wondering if anyone knew a link or summat where I could view these. Also, I know chevy manufactured the fleetline and styleline, plus a deluxe of both models, in 1951. But, damn my eyes, I find it difficult to tell the difference from the pics I've seen online. I know the styleline is a rather heavier car, et cetera. Are there any features I could look for that are obvious enough for my inexperienced vision?
