The Old Guy Posted May 6, 2003 Share Posted May 6, 2003 I was there!! The break for Q-16 was 9.65,and Doug Hecker won. There were 9 V8s and 7V6sin the Q-16. BUICK RACER Posted May 9, 2003 Share Posted May 9, 2003 The list of show and race winners is HERE The bump for Q16 was 9.545, Hecker won the Gamblers race on Friday, and was a quarter finalist in the Q16.Stan Zerucha won the Q16 for the 2nd year in row. Nobody could believe that, and then to see it go down another tenth after the 2nd round, was WOW, we just saw the fastest Buicks on the planet all in one place. 9 Big Blocks, and 7 Turbos participated.
