67 Rear Window Seal?

Chimera

Recommended Posts

Hi Gabriel.

A very special over-engineered part.

Custom molded hard rubber vulcanized to an elaborate metal channel mounting piece. Only find used and preferably not from an arid climate. They are often good on north eastern rust buckets that see more clouds than sun.

Remove interior sail panel and trim, and probably quarter side panel but not 100% sure about latter. I don't think the drip rail has to come off. You can see a screw on the side on 1st pic at the wide end. This would be lower rear accessible from under sail panel. There is at least one more screw towards top where the door window seal meets. You can see the hole in second pic. Note: This seal is glued, reinforced with wire, and special nylon tape at the junction/joint with door window seal. If you've replaced the door seal you will know what I mean.
