We found a strange looking motor: 4 cylinder,exposed pushrods on the side, and what we thought was a home made cover. But it has a tag that reads---Red cat valve & push rod cover for Chevrolet cars G.A. Roth Mfg. Co., Hastings Nebr. Can any one help identify this?
