This picture I guess taken sometime late 50's early 60's. Any idea what the car is this gentleman is sitting on? Sorry, pretty grainy pic but best I've got.

That would be a 1949 DeSoto.

[28 Chrysler]

Petaluma California 1956 - 62 plate. Buy the dark colored sticker I would say it was from 1957.
