Drakeule
I have 6.50X16 Denman WWs, but can't find a date code. However, there is a number: 6301952 stamped into them. Is this a clue? Thansk, CD, Potomac, Md.
EmTee
I hope it isn't June 30, 1952!
Daves1940Buick56S
Mike in Colorado has a set of NOS Lester WWW from before WW2. Real rubber! No cracks or anything.
Steve_bigD
I have Lester WWW's on my 38 special. Two were on the car when I bought it in 1978, one from the 1990's and the last from 2002. They seem fine but I am getting nervous driving long distances and will finally change to a set of Diamondback WWW radials this year. It seems that infrequent driving and always garaging really helps tire longevity. My spare is a Firestone deluxe champion that holds air and dates from the early 1950's. I will use the 2002 Lester as my spare when I get the radials. Steve D
FLYER15015
Correction, The Buick still wears the Martin's. The Imperial wears Denman's. Both sets have new tubes in them. No patches in any tire. Mike in Colorado Edited February 8, 2023 by FLYER15015 (see edit history)
