1929 graham paige 615 steering wheel switches

I have a 1929 graham paige 615 I need to know what is the second lever on the steering wheel.  I know 1 is the light switch but what is the other for lever

It is likely  a hand throttle.

Follow or trace what is at the terminal of the switch. Is it hooked  up to a wire or solid rod ? That is what I would do.

Gary56 on your Graham Paige, a picture would have helped. The second lever could be for spark advance or as Oldtech mentions possibly throttle control. Trace it.
