Will a 1933 Chrysler Series Six CO operate, properly with the assist vacuum clutch removed?  I have also noticed the freewheeling was disabled obviously many decades ago

Any information or thoughts would be helpful

Thank you

Mitch yes you can disconnect the vacuum clutch take the whole system out of the car and put it on the shelf The readjust the clutch You will have to put a pipe plug in the intake manifold And don’t use the freewheeling device it ruins the transmission I took everything out of my 34 dodge coupe much better The system is actually dangerous some states actually out lawed it There is no engine braking going down hills and it burns out the brakes.
