1928 Buick Harrison Radiator probably Standard model

ID tag with Harrison model # is missing
honeycomb in very good condition
filler neck threads are good
inlet/thermostat housing missing
lower strap replaced
Radiator has been checked for leaks by raising top end a few inches and filling with water until outlet is about to overflow.  There appears to be a small leak around head of fastener for outlet casting on front side of lower tank.
