Fairlane steering wheel emblem?

I found a '66 restomod on the internet with this emblem, but not an authentic '66 with it.  I checked all years of Fairlane from 1955-1967 and can't figure out what year it belongs to.  On the back is the number C70A-13A806A.  Thank you.

Ted If its for sale Id buy it for my Fairlane. The chrome bezel isnt  for my car but I could use the incert. Mike West

C7 = 1967 C6= 1966  Hence B6 = 1956

photos from 1966, then 1967, non-GT Fairlane; they are identical, but not the same as what I first posted
