JusCruising Posted May 15 Posted May 15 Still looking for a Packard? This used to be the actor Lionel Barrymore's. 1941 Packard Limo 180 suicide doors Call me if your interested Thanks Erica 928-277-6246
edinmass Posted May 16 Posted May 16 It’s a Packard, but the correct nomenclature is an “Invalid Coach”. The padded roof, oval rear window, and wheelchair and pillar modifications were most likely done in Philadelphia. 4
Grimy Posted May 16 Posted May 16 A number of LWB late pre-war cars were converted during WW2 to serve as civilian ambulances, primarily by making the center pillar removable and/or with interior mods for a stretcher-carrying capability. I know of a 1939 Cadillac 75 out of Denver, now in CA's East Bay, so modified. 1

Otherwise, it's a factory formal sedan.
