Impressive Build article from Hemmings on a '65 GS

I'm more of an originality kinda guy, but I must say this is a seriously impressive build on this '65 GS.

I like the tail lights but the rear bumper doesn't look right.

I really like the nerf bar treatment for the bumpers, both front and rear.

They went to great lengths (impressive, actually) to disguise the LS as a Nailhead.

Outstanding attention to detail, and the disguised LS engine is cool.

 

Not sure about the clamshell treatment and the rear bumper.  IMO you can't beat what GM stylists did with the original '65 styling!
