1938 Buick Special horn button

Hi all. Just bought a 1938 Special. How does this horn button attached?

My 35s just pushed all the way down while turning it clockwise but it looks like you might have missing parts,not sure.I think the spring under the button is missing.

The top spring goes under the horn button of banjo steering wheel I got from Show Low Arizona.

The bottom spring, thin washer and cup thingy came out from under the horn button on my plain steering wheel.

That must be what I need for the plain steering wheel. Now to find a set....

Would you part with the set for the plain steering wheel?

Sorry 39SpecialEd but I want to keep it with the plain steering wheel.
