I don't know if the exhaust cutouts bring the price up or not. Seems like a lot of money for that car.

It has some interesting upgrades: Modern E-brake and speedo, wood grain dash, Impala rear seat speaker...

 Wish I could see under the hood.

This car is bland due to paint color and the lack of white walls. Moreover the chrome does not show well.  However the interior looks great and that rear seat Impala speaker looks right at home. If this car was in southern California it would be a bargain at $16,900! These cars go for 19-22 grand here.
