Guest
I have a original woody kit for a '48 Chevy Aero Sedan. Does anyone know if one of these would fit on a convertable? Any pictures?
Tom Deering
Source: Standard Catalog of Chevrolet 1912 - 1998 second edition."-----A unique accessorysold by Chevrolet dealers this year was the wood grained 'Country Club' trim package, produced by Engineered Enterprises of Detroit, Mich., but sold only through factory authorized dealers for $149.50. It could be ordered for the Fleetline Aero Sedan and the Fleetmaster Town Sedan or convertible coupe, but few cars were so-equipped." I suspect there is an error in the text. The text says it was available on a Town Sedan, but makes no mention of avaiability on the Club Coupe. Upper left corner of page 50 has a picture of a Club Coupe with the Country Club option.
