1947 Packard Super Clipper Sedan, older restoration of a full Classic Car Club of America classic sedan. This is the long wheelbase model 2103 with the big 356 cubic inch Packard Straight Eight engine, three speed transmission with factory overdrive. The car was restored in the late 1990s and driven by the then owners from Colorado to the 1999 100th Anniversary Meet in Warren, Ohio. The car had been in dead storage in Wyoming for the past approximately 20 years until early this year. We have gotten the engine running well, and sorted out several electrical gremlins but the car requires further "waking up". The clutch and throw out bearing are not fully operational, the headlight switch is missing, and the dash was partially disassembled by the previous owner to work on the light switch. We have run the car through the gears but the clutch is still an issue so it is not driveable at the present time. These cars are very sought after as they are wonderful driving and touring cars and their values have been increasing. Car was sold new by Mountain Motors in Denver and has always been in the west so rust free. A bargain for the handy mechanically savvy buyer. Clear Colorado Title. Regardless of what the seller states, this car is non-CCCA Full Classic. Only y he Custom Super Clipper, model 2106 five passenger and 2126 seven passenger , are Full Classic.

I don't think so.  The 2103 Super (4 dr sedan and 2dr fastback), the 2106 Custom Super(4 dr sedan and 2dr fastback), and the 2126 lwb 7 passenger limos and sedans are all CCCA Full Classics.
