Does anyone recognize any repurposed body panels from other mainstream cars? I'm not sure I can, but the front fenders look kind of similar to a late '50's Dodge. The car actually looks interesting from a couple of angles.

 

I agree with George in that it must've been quite an undertaking. If he fabbed everything, it would be impressive amateur work for the era. Fabbing the grille and those "bumperettes" or whatever you call them would have been a job. I'm glad it wasn't just left outside to rust away.
