f.f.jones
May be a little pricey, but, hey, you don't see Pacers with lakes pipes every day! https://spokane.craigslist.org/cto/d/spokane-1976-amc-pacer/7554192588.html 1976 AMC Pacer, 97,000 miles. Same as the car in Waynes World. Excellent paint and body, good tires, factory original hubcaps, excellent interior. Runs and drives great! No rust or dents. Comes with many spare parts including doors, front fenders, hood, rear hatch/door, curved side glass, transmission, radiator, gas tank and much more small parts. Have owned and driven many years with many car show awards. Garaged when not driven. email cee5c83ded923065b2204f563c4ca463@sale.craigslist.org
JamesR
I actually like Pacers and Gremlins and would love to own one, but the mods on this car make it look like something that might be driven by Ed Grimley or Harold from the Red Green show. 1 2
TerryB
Right on JamesR! Fine line between quirky old car and clown-mobile. 1
John_S_in_Penna
The paint scheme, discontinuous from front to back, makes the Pacer look stubbier than it is. I've never seen such 2-toning. Is that just an owner's customization?

Mr. Jones, do you have any specific knowledge of this unusual 2-tone paint scheme? I see in the pictures you posted that the rear roof is the same color as the hood. And in the red and white, this color scheme, I think, looks better. (Your 3rd picture looks like some owner's customization, though.) I've never seen 2-tone paint on Pacers.
