Guest Posted March 27, 2003 Share Posted March 27, 2003 $2.5 mil is overly optimistic,way over the top,particularly for that neck of the woods. as a point of comparison last year I purchased an 18th cent. stone farmhouse with 2 barns plus 20 acres in north central PA for under 70K, and they threw in the federal period furniture to boot!!!!
