mp65riv
Wonder why they deleted the headrests when they recovered the seats. I like the color but the missing headrests makes it look incomplete IMHO.
John_S_in_Penna
From what I've heard, there were rumors in 1973 that those GM convertibles were to be the last. One of our local members ordered a 1973 Pontiac Grand Ville convertible for that reason, and to this day has kept it as a collector car with low mileage.
B Jake Moran
Well 1973 Centurions with the 455 are my favorite even though there is little difference between the LeSabre and the Centurion. I've had a lot of favorite cars but I wish I never got rid of my Polo (Hunter) Green metallic with dark saddle interior 73 455 Centurion convertible. I got it out of the Quad Cities in Iowa. It sat on a concrete slab in a barn before barn finds were a thing. 55,000 original miles. Straight, complete.
Marty Roth
Not crazy about the Green interior, and the "junkyard" A/C compressor, taken from an '69 Oldsmobile, and still without a drive belt is SUSPECT, to say the least, - This was the year of: - huge impact-absorbing front bumper - dramatically reduced compression - retarded timing - miles of vacuum hoses and plumbing (and maybe EGR?) - dramatically reduced fuel mileage - lack of performance, compared to 1970-ish I should never have passed along my 1971 Buick and 1970 Cadillac convertibles
