timecapsule Posted September 12, 2022 Share Posted September 12, 2022 The steering box on my 1930 Hudson Super 8 needs to be topped up. So in any of the literature that I have ( Instruction book, and the on line service manual) it says to use heavy duty gear oil. However what's in there now looks like heavy grease. I'm thinking I'd get as much of it out as possible and then fill it up with John Deere Corn Head grease. I'm curious what other guys use. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
