WHAT IS THIS???

I think this may be a hood ornament Insert? It came in a box of other hood ornament Inserts that I had no problem identifying, but I have no idea what it is? It looks new, must be a repop for something?

It's an insert for a '48 Pontiac hood ornament like the blue one pictured.

Fine print says there was also a red insert.

Oooo, Thank you so much. I can see the resemblance. So is blue the correct color for that ornament? I usley see red/orange or clear inserts on Pontiac ornaments...

Do you have any photos of the wind reflector? I have no idea what it looks like?

Both red and blue are correct for '48 Pontiac.

OK, Thank you. I have been looking all over the Internet & can not find any re-pops. I can't find any being reproduced? I was guessing the blue may had been a re-pop. I wonder if mine is NOS, it is perfect & no signs of been on a ornament?
