1980 capri bubble back

Hello guys iam thinking of buying  this  yr 1980  not sure if its a capri or mustang can any give me info as to what line is this vehicle with the vin any decode info is great cant find nothing about this vin as to where it was built is this a capri mustang mclaren not sure thank you

Before you post it would be a good idea to read the introduction to this sub-forum. No 1980 car is a "Classic" in the sense indicated here – nor for that matter are the majority of of antique cars regardless of make. Admittedly, the term has been over used to the point of being absolutely meaningless but here is has a specific meaning.

 

You'd get a much better response in the "general" section...and as far as identifying the car, a picture or two would help.

steven, this is not the right forum for your question (look at one of the pinned posts above and you can see what Classic Car means here.  try General or Ford forum.  The Capri has enough trim differences from the Mustang to tell by looking at them.
