This 1959 Lincoln Continental Mark IV coupe was first sold by Empire Lincoln-Mercury in Spokane Washington on March 4, 1959, and was acquired by the seller in September 2022.

The car is finished in Peacock Green Metallic over a two-tone green interior and is powered by a 430ci V8 paired with a three-speed automatic transmission. Features include a pillarless roofline, a retractable rear window, power-assisted steering and brakes, a power-adjustable front seat, a push-button AM radio, and power windows. This Continental Mark IV is now offered with a 1959 sales invoice, a service booklet, manufacturer’s literature, handwritten maintenance notes, a spare set of wheels, and a clean Washington title in the seller’s name.

The body is finished in Peacock Green Metallic with color-keyed fender skirts, tinted glass, Mark IV fender badging, and chrome bumpers. The car features a retractable rear window, and gold Continental logos adorn the sail panels. Paint cracks can be seen on the right-front fender, a crease is visible on the lower driver-side door, and the seller notes cracking, dents, and touch-ups on portions of the finish as depicted in the gallery below.
