Brakes 1927 Buick Standard

I am fixing car to sell for lady who's husband passed away. I know nothing about car, I am a retired marine engineer. ? does it have brake lights and turn signals, if so how are the activated,  Also where to buy 6 volt bulbs for car. Thanks

No brake lights or turn signals unless added later. 6 volt bulbs should be available through NAPA or any auto parts vendor.  The right side lever on the dash switch has 4 positions there is tail light, tail and cowl lamps ( park lamps) and headlights. the 3rd and 4th are jumped together.  the knob on top is dash lights.

For Buick 1939 was the first year of turn signals, at the back only. Not the front

 

Brakes are mechanical - not hydraulic
