dodge28
Good morning 28 Chrysler, what was in the 28 Dodge 4 door sedan is a Trico vacuum motor with a stem 2 and 1/4 inch long stem mounted on the windscreen ( wind up type ) I tried fixing it but it is still not working New kits are none existent. I am experimenting with electric type. I really do not know what type I should use. I am hoping some one on this forum will be willing to guide me. I bought an electric one on evilbay this morning because I am not getting any feedback from the DB Club. I like to keep a vacuum type as original as possible. Thank you very much. I will let you know how I make out. Harry
28 Chrysler
At one time (20 years ago) I bought a chrome electric wiper motor for a 1930s wooden boat. It had a shaft setup that could be shortened from 2 1/2 inches anywhere down to 3/4 inch. Check the aftermarket ones for the degrees of swing I think they come in 90° and 120°.
