Grant L. Meredith
Is a 640a close or same as a 640e?
Peter R.
640-E is a Nash distributor. 640-A and 640-E have the same direction of rotation (ccw) but different advance curves. Some technical info to compare: Edited August 25, 2022 by Peter R. (see edit history)

According to my stock list I should have some 640-A, -B, -E, -G, J, -K, -L and -S distributors in stock. I‘ll check. BTW 640-J was the distributor for the 1929 Buick. It is probably very similar to the 640-A (1928). Edited August 27, 2022 by Peter R. (see edit history)
