What's the purpose and/or use of the bent key? I'm guessing it was only used on a specific year make and model of Mopar?
1933moparman
I think they were 33 only and no clue why.
Scott Bonesteel
The Yale Omega 'bent key' locks continued into 1934. I have them as original on my 34 PEs and on my very original 34 Dodge DRXX coupe, where they are on the door lock, ignition lock and also on the spare tire lug locking device, those 3 on the DRXX all with a matching 'bent key'. Grimy
My 1934 Chrysler CA sedan of happy memory also had the bent keys.
